JOURNEY ENGINE
Your account & privacy.
Updated 23 October 2026. This notice describes the information used by Journey Engine’s customer accounts and download library.
Information in your account
We use your email address to identify your account, provide sign-in links, and connect your purchases to your library. You can optionally add a display name. We keep your account creation and verification dates, most recent sign-in time, and email preference. Order records include the products, amounts, payment status, and payment-provider reference.
Signing in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, email and verification information, and basic profile name. Your Google identifier links that sign-in method to your Journey Engine account. This integration does not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive files.
Cookies and account security
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the sign-in process. A sign-in session lasts up to 30 days unless you sign out sooner. Email sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work once. We also use temporary verification records and hashed request identifiers to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
Service providers
The website runs on Vercel and account and purchase records are stored in Neon. Email sign-in and order messages use Resend when email delivery is enabled. Google processes the sign-in you request through its own service. Payment information is handled by the payment provider used at checkout; card numbers are not stored in your Journey Engine account.
Your choices
Promotional emails are optional. You can change your name and email preference in Account settings. Turning off promotional emails does not stop requested sign-in links or essential order messages. You can review your connection to Journey Engine in your Google account settings.
Account questions and requests
Contact journeyengine6@gmail.com to ask about your account information, request a correction, or request account deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Purchase records may need to be retained separately for record-keeping obligations.
This account notice does not describe the separate services you may visit through external links. Their own privacy notices apply when you use them.
