★Highest colour count we've found in the market
41 designs · one canvas per kit · instant download
Paint by numbers, taken to 120 colours.
PBN Projects is our premium line: one large single-canvas painting per kit, not a set of small ones. Every design ships at six difficulty levels — from a relaxed 16-colour evening up to a 120-colour level with more shading steps than any paint-by-numbers kit we have come across for sale anywhere.
Why this line exists
Our standard paint-by-numbers line already runs up to 96 colours across four or five levels, usually spread over several smaller designs. PBN Projects flips that: one large scene per kit, pushed as far as the detail will hold, with a sixth level added on top that most of the market does not offer at all. Every competitor we have checked in this detailed, single-canvas style tops out around 90 colours — 120 is, as far as we can tell, the highest anyone is selling.
Same idea as any of our kits — a numbered outline and a matched colour key — just built for people who want a painting that keeps giving them somewhere new to add detail.
Six levels, 16 to 120
16, 24, 32, 48, 96 and a 120-colour bonus level on every single design in the line.
Print, Procreate or Photoshop
PNG, SVG and PDF for every level, plus a layered PSD with Numbers and Sections layers and a red-numbers option, and Procreate swatch files for the colour key.
One canvas, not a set
Every kit is a single large scene rather than a bundle of small paintings — frame-filling detail from corner to corner.
A progress tracker, included
Every kit ships with a painting progress tracker so a project this detailed does not lose you halfway through.
Questions people ask
What is PBN Projects?
Our premium paint-by-numbers line. Instead of one painting split across several small designs, each kit is a single large scene delivered at six difficulty levels, from a relaxed 16-colour version up to an ultra-fine 120-colour level.
Is 120 colours really the most anyone offers?
As far as we have been able to find, yes. The other detailed paint-by-numbers shops we have checked top out around 90 colours. If you have seen a kit that goes higher, we would genuinely like to know about it.
What do I actually get in the download?
Each of the six levels as a numbered canvas in PNG, SVG and PDF, six matching palette sheets, Procreate swatch files, and a layered PSD with separate Numbers and Sections layers plus a red-numbers option. A painting progress tracker is included too.
Do I need Procreate to paint the 120-colour level?
No. Every level prints, including the 120-colour one, though at that density we would size it up rather than squeeze it onto a single A4 sheet. Procreate, Fresco or any layered painting app will open the PNG or PSD if you prefer to paint on a tablet.
How is this different from the standard Paint by Numbers line?
The standard line runs up to 96 colours across four or five levels and often covers a destination or theme in several smaller paintings. PBN Projects is single, large, hyper-detailed scenes with a sixth level added on top, purely for people who want to push a painting as far as it will go.
Are new designs still being added?
Yes. This started as a launch of 41 designs across cottagecore, witchy, fantasy, steampunk, nautical and horror themes, and the collection keeps growing.
