Your purchase is digital.

No physical item is shipped. After payment is confirmed, your files are available through My library and a download email. Please check the description, file formats and licence before buying.

Immediate access is your choice.

Our checkout asks you to actively confirm this acknowledgement. It is not preselected:

I request immediate access to my digital content before the withdrawal period ends. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once I start downloading or accessing the content.

We save the acknowledgement with your order and include it in your purchase confirmation email. Payment alone does not remove a statutory cancellation right.

Change-of-mind refunds.

After downloading or accessing digital content with your prior express consent and acknowledgement, change-of-mind refunds are not available. This does not affect your statutory rights if content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.

Where EU consumer withdrawal rights apply, you generally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel before the exception for accessed digital content applies. To exercise a right of withdrawal, email us a clear statement that you wish to cancel, with your name, purchase email, order number and purchase date. A request such as “I wish to withdraw from order [number], purchased on [date]” is sufficient. You do not need to give a reason.

If you do not want immediate access, contact us before purchasing to discuss delivery after the withdrawal period. Do not confirm immediate access unless you agree.

Something missing or not working?

Contact us if files are missing, faulty, inaccessible or materially different from the description, or if you believe you were charged twice. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include supplying or correcting the files, a price reduction or a refund. This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights.

These rules apply to digital purchases from this website. Physical kits purchased from Davincified are handled by that retailer under its own policies.
