19 books · 40 scenes each · instant download

Colouring books about things that actually happen.

Not mandalas. The dishwasher argument, the laundry pile that became furniture, the fridge at midnight. Forty drawn scenes per book, dark and light versions of every page, and no punchline printed underneath because you have already lived it.

The ones couples fight about

Eight books on domestic friction. Four of the five most-shared pages we have ever posted came out of this group.

The ones you recognise on your own

Nine books about the small private embarrassments of ordinary life. No second person required.

Darker, and drawn differently

Two books that take the humour somewhere stranger, in their own visual style.

What you get

Forty scenes in every book

Not a cover and twelve pages. Each title is forty separate drawings on one theme, which is why they are single-idea books rather than a general humour grab bag.

Dark and light versions included

Every page comes twice: standard line art, and a dark-background version for anyone who prefers gel pens or white pencil.

PDF, PNG and Procreate ready

Print at A4 or US Letter, or drop the PNGs straight into Procreate on an iPad. The files stay in your Etsy account to reprint whenever.

Written to be recognised, not explained

The joke is that you have lived it. No captions, no punchlines printed underneath. Just the scene.

Questions people ask

Are these actually rude?

No. The humour is domestic and observational rather than crude. There is no swearing and nothing explicit, so they work as a gift for someone you are not extremely close to.

Which one should I start with?

If you are buying for a couple, The Flat-Pack Survival Manual or The Thermostat Wars land fastest. If it is for yourself, The Sunday Anxiety Collection and The Sad Desk Lunch are the ones people tell us they recognised immediately.

Can I print them more than once?

Yes. It is a digital download, so print a page, colour it badly, print it again. Nothing stops you running the whole book twice.

Do they work as a gift if the person does not colour?

Surprisingly often, yes, because the appeal is the recognition rather than the colouring. Several buyers tell us the recipient read the whole book before touching a pencil.

Every one is an instant download, printable as many times as you like.
